After packaging BIM XL's operations and organizing twenty years of notes into one interlinked archive, the author went from managing 24 live projects to more than 500. Traditional tools and willpower do not scale when the real bottleneck is information architecture.
Twice a day the system pulls email, messages, transcribed calls, calendars, Airtable tables, and construction model changes, then distills all of it into an executive digest that prioritizes the day without a single manual copy-paste. One directive is non-negotiable: no machine sends a message or an email without human review.
